Identify Yourself

Which Bigsun Crew character are you?

Twenty short questions about how you explore, create, plan and work with people. At the end you meet the character your answers point to.

There are no right or wrong answers. Choose what feels most like you.

How the test works

Three steps, and nothing to prepare.

  1. Answer 20 questions

Each question has four answers. Pick the one that feels closest to you. You can go back to change an answer before you finish.

  2. Two from each of ten areas

The questions are drawn from a bank of 100, two from each of ten areas, so the test covers curiosity, creativity, thinking, action, planning, people, goals, communication, learning and work style.

  3. Meet your character

Every answer adds a point to one of the ten characters. The character with the most points is your result.

This is a self-discovery activity, not a validated psychological test. A result says nothing about job suitability or eligibility, and your answers are not sent to Bigsun.
