Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with experience in project management with 4 - 8 year’s experience. The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the planning, execution and completion of projects within the desired budgets and timelines by coordinating the efforts of team members.
Responsibilities: Building and detailing business flow diagrams for customers. Integrating customer modification and enhancement requirements. Prepare documentation to freeze requirement translation to design and development teams. Work with developers to build the required database structure, business logic & input/output interfaces. Identifying complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options. Mapping with existing products to determine customization requirements. Must have capability to allocate resources, monitor resource utilization and efficiency. The candidate should be capable of motivating, developing, and directing people as they work along with identifying and rewarding the best people for the job. Should be able to analyze areas to reduce cost and develop and implement cost-effective solutions. Should have capabilities to develop the core modules /components and manage teams and should have experience in one or more complete life cycle projects. Understanding of software development lifecycle is an added advantage.
